Retinal arterial macroaneurysms (RAM) are outpouchings of the arterial wall and usually occur within the first three bifurcations of the central retinal artery. This report is the 1-year follow-up results of intravitreal aflibercept injection (IAI) for the management of complications of retinal artery macroaneurysms (RAM).
